Mentorship
Our mentorship program is a new practice that allows aspiring wedding planners, and professionals who want to enhance their skills, with an opportunity to receive intensive on-the-job training from Janet and our associates.
Introduction to Mentorship
Our idea about mentorship involves our belief system, which posits that "We can only give away what we have, and all that is available from us will be given to you - gladly".
To be a candidate for mentorship you must possess the following values and beliefs about yourself:
- Integrity comes first
- Strong belief in yourself
- Able to listen and observe what is occuring
- Share what you learn with others
- Awareness/Understanding of your purpose
- Open to new ideas, beliefs and concepts
- Wiliing to accept, discover and learn
- Expect positive things to show-up
- Apply what you experience in your life
- Act with consistency and courage
- Seek innovation and apply it as needed
- Take direction and accept guidance
- Educate and teach as part of your daily activities
You must be willing to participate by working with us on various events to gain the exposure you will need.
There is a mentorship fee associated with our program and we can share that with you privately: your fees will be based upon your knowledge and skills.
